Sabino Canyon: Hiking & Snacks

Peter liked to run down the Sabino Canyon paved road. We couldn't get very far, maybe 0.3 miles. We kept running into flooded bridges. We waited for the tram to pick us up and they just drove right through it. Peter liked to run fast on the road though.


There are lots of walkers and runners on the road. One lady went past us and waved at Peter. He figured she must be his friend so he took off in a sprint after her!


He worked up a little sweat and had to take a break by the side of the road.

He was so happy when he found this hidden picnic table. We sat down in the shade to have a snack.


Peter's favorite snack is FruitaBu. Basically it's pure smooshed fruit. A great take along snack.


We had a fun time at Sabino Canyon. It's nice to be outdoors!
