Rodeo Days (video)

Every year Tucson has something called Rodeo Days. The rodeo comes to town and everyone seems to turn cowboy. There is a parade, schools are closed, and there are tons of events with horses. We actually met a friend at the library to learn all about horses.


I don't know how much the kids learned. Peter and Alicia spent the whole time chasing each other and dancing.


Alicia is usually pretty shy but she seems to really like Peter. She liked to hold his hands.


Peter barely noticed the big Clydesdale horse behind him.


He did go up and pet the little pony, Snickers. He is not a big horse kid though. They are kinda scary.


Peter much preferred running around with his friend Alicia.


Several times we gave Alicia the job of bringing Peter back to sit on the haystacks. She did a good job at this!
