We have been involved in their First Steps parent support group since Peter was about 6 weeks old and it has been a good free thing for us to do on our Monday afternoons. Peter graduated from this program this last month, he got a cute little certificate that I'm putting in his baby book. This has also been our main source of mommy/baby friends.
Well, they invited us to attend their Wednesday playgroups for the next month so we decided to check it out today. It was alot of fun. Some of our friends were there along with about half a dozen other babies up to 24 months. They rolled around the floor stealing toys from one another, tried to climb on things, then we had circle time and sang some songs. It was pretty fun.
We might have to find a way to join this group. Their fees aren't that bad ($120 for 6 months). I really like their program because they are a non-profit and helped us so much those first few months, I'd like to give back. And if Peter can get some extra playtime its wonderful!

I laugh everytime I watch Peter in the video. He gets so excited. I love the way he rocks and rocks and then ends up on his face. How cute!
