Guam - Day 4

Today we went to Underwater World - Guam. It's an indoor aquarium with a bunch of the local sealife. It's Peter's first aquarium!

Peter liked to play with the giant sharks teeth out front. That is one of his main animals he likes. He loved to point out all the sharks in the tank.

Underwater World bills itself as having the longest underwater tunnel in the world. It did seem to go on for a bit. Peter had fun chasing the sharks and other fish through the tunnel.

He was fascinated by it all.

Our two biggest highlights were the sharks and the turtles. Peter can say both of these so we all kept yelling them out as they swam past. "Shark!" "Turtle!!"

They also had jellyfish on display. They are such gentle creatures I have no idea how they can keep them in captivity! They were beautiful though.

Peter had fun in the gift shop climbing on their giant turtle. A Korean tourist had to stop and get a picture with him. Its so fun, everywhere we go someone tries to get their picture with him. I am so glad he is such and open friendly boy, he just smiles and plays along. He has even given a few girls hugs afterwards. He is so sweet.

Grandma Deanna spoiled Peter and bought him a stuffed turtle from the gift shop. Peter likes to give it hugs and kisses. We took it to lunch with us.

For lunch we went next door to Hard Rock Cafe. Once again Peter won over the staff in the gift shop. They pulled out one of their kickballs and played in the entrance way. They even gave Peter a free Hard Rock Cafe keychain. Peter was very excited to get his own "keys".

John has Hard Rock shirts from all over the world thanks to my parents, but he didn't have a Guam one so that was one of my goals while here. The food prices were higher than I remember, but we were hungry.

It was pretty empty in our corner so we let Peter get up on the stage and do a little dancing. He had a blast.
